Your data, and how we handle it.

This Privacy Policy explains how TAJLY (the "app", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the TAJLY mobile application and related services. TAJLY is a personal fitness and nutrition coaching app operated by AMEER WI LTD ("AWI Solutions"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

The controller responsible for your personal data is AMEER WI LTD (trading as AWI Solutions), based in the Netherlands. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at support@tajly.app.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to run the app and give you a personalised coaching experience:

  • Account information — your name (if provided), email address and the credentials used to sign in.
  • Profile, health and fitness data — information you enter to personalise your plan, such as goals, height, weight, age, activity level and preferences.
  • Fitness and activity logs — workouts, exercises, sets, sessions and progress you record in the app.
  • Nutrition and meal data — meals, meal plans, foods logged and related nutrition information.
  • Photos for meal scanning — when you use the meal-scan feature, you may capture or upload a photo of a meal. The image is processed to estimate its contents and nutrition. We use these photos only to provide that feature.
  • Purchase and subscription data — records of your subscription status and purchases. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
  • Usage and device analytics — app events, feature usage, approximate performance and diagnostic information, and basic device identifiers, collected to keep the app reliable and to improve it.
  • Community content — posts, comments, likes, follows and other content you choose to share in the community, together with the display name and profile photo you set.
  • Voice input — if you use voice to talk to your coach, your device's built-in speech recognition converts your speech to text. We receive only the resulting text and do not store audio recordings.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To generate and deliver personalised workouts, meal plans, coaching guidance and meal analysis.
  • To save your logs and progress and make them available across your sessions and devices.
  • To process and manage subscriptions, trials and purchases.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the app and its features.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates and support requests.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (to provide the app and its features); your consent (for example, for optional features you choose to use); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the app); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the app. They process data only to provide their services to us:

  • Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC) — authentication, database and secure storage of your app data, cloud functions, push notifications and Firebase Analytics.
  • Google Gemini AI — used to generate coaching responses, workouts and meal plans, and to analyse meal photos you submit. Content you send to these features is processed to produce your results.
  • RevenueCat — management of subscriptions and purchase entitlements.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play — payment processing and billing for subscriptions and purchases.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above so they can perform services on our behalf, and where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. Meal-scan photos are retained only as long as needed to provide and improve the feature. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@tajly.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time:

Deleting your account removes your profile, logs, plans and related personal data, subject to any retention required by law.

10. Children's privacy

TAJLY is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@tajly.app and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secured cloud infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issues promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of TAJLY after an update means you accept the revised policy.
